1 - Walter Yu, known as the first person undergoing cosmetic surgery in the world: 

Walter U English sailor during World War I. He was the first person to undergo cosmetic surgery. Walter was injured in a terrible facial injury, where it lost the upper and lower eyelids while he was guarding the guns on board the ship warspite in 1916 during the Battle of Jutland.
